I purchased my bike in December of 2018 over several emails as I do not live in Ontario. All questions answered quickly and great people to deal with, thanks to Danny in Sales and Jason in Service. Wheelsport arranged shipping and my bike shipped to my home town on the east coast, worry free and damage free.

I have purchased 3 motocycles from Wheelsport. Their service has been excellent, from service, parts to sales staff. If I ever have an issue they deal with it promptly. They know the meaning of customer service and client satisfaction.

I recently purchased a used Suzuki Boulevard from Wheelsport. This was my first motorcycle purchase and I dealt with Jim for the purchase. He took the time to explain the Pros and Cons of the different types of bikes. He was more than happy to provide additional safety tips and made the purchase of the bike an effortless process. The bike was ready on time and Lee spent time going over the bike and all of the equipment on the bike. The bike was delivered exactly as promised. When I drove it home everything worked perfectly until I shut the bike off. I could not get the bike to start again. I called Lee who actually drove to my house to check the bike and immediately upon arrival notice that the kill switch was in the wrong position (so I was the problem not the bike). Lee was very nice about it and once again went over the starting process. The following day I got a call from Jim asking how the bike was performing and if I had any questions. I have received better service from wheelsport on the purchase of a used bike than I have from car dealerships that have sold me a brand new vehicle. I will be going back to wheelsport for all of my parts and perhaps a new bike in the future.
